By enrolling in this mastermind, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment

This is a 12-month coaching experience. By joining, you are committing to show up fully—for yourself, your business, and the container. Your transformation begins the moment you say yes.

Early exits disrupt the integrity of the group, so early cancellations are not permitted.
You agree to remain in the mastermind for the full duration of the program, regardless of personal circumstances, business pivots, or perceived progress.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of this intimate, high-touch container, all sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are ready to commit before enrolling.

3. Confidentiality + Respect

You agree to uphold the privacy of the group and keep all shared experiences, ideas, and coaching conversations confidential. This is a safe space for deep transformation, and it is essential that all members feel supported, witnessed, and respected.

4. Coaching Relationship

As the facilitator, I am here to guide, coach, and challenge you—not to rescue, fix, or do the work for you. You are responsible for your results, your energy, and your implementation.
What you receive from this experience will reflect the presence and ownership you bring to it.

5. Payment Responsibility

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments on time. Payment plans are not subscriptions—they are financial commitments to the full program. Failure to pay may result in removal from the mastermind without access to future sessions, coaching, or community.
